Official Rules

1. No purchase is necessary to win and as an entrant you have not yet won. Entries into the Wendy’s 3conomics Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. PT on February 8, 2009 (the “Deadline”). The winners will be chosen on or about, February 15, 2009, and will be notified by e-mail (or regular mail). The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

2. To enter, print your name, address, day-time telephone number, e-mail address (if you have one) and “Wendy’s 3conomics Sweepstakes” on a 3 x 5 card and mail it to: Wendy’s 3conomics Sweepstakes C/O Games Radar Promotions, 4000 Shoreline Court, South San Francisco, Ste. 400, CA 94080. Only one entry will be accepted.

3. The following prizes will be awarded: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) prize package consisting of all of the following: one (1) Microsoft Xbox 360, one (1) Nintendo Wii, one (1) Sony PlayStation 3, one (1) $300 Wendy’s Gift Card, and one (1) video game title of the winner’s choice for each of the three awarded consoles (ARV: $1379.94). Winner selected video game prizes must be age-appropriate and not valued at more than $59.99 each. The prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions will be allowed.

4. Winners will be determined by a single random drawing of all valid entries received by the Deadline and the decision of Future US shall be final. You may obtain the name of the winner by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the address above. Future US reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this drawing should viruses, bugs, Internet failure or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the drawing.

5. All entrants who complete the registration form will be considered as participants.

6. Entrants must be at least 13 years of age. If a winner is a minor, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian, who is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, and that winner must also provide a signed parental or guardian consent form, provided by the sponsor, within 7 days of notification attempt. Failure of the minor to return the guardian consent form will result in the forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner, who will be chosen through a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

8. The winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance within seven days of receipt; failure to do so upon request will result in forfeiture of the prize. By acceptance of the prize, the winners agree to the use of their name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners are responsible for paying any income taxes on the value of the prize received.

9. By entering the Sweepstakes, you (and, if you are a minor, your parents or legal guardians) release Future US, Wendy’s International, Inc. and its franchisees, and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

10. This Sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States only. Void in Vermont, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

11. Employees, officers, and directors of Future US, Inc., Wendy’s International, Inc. and its franchisees, and any of their respective subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and their immediate families and those living in their households, are not eligible.

12. The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Future US, Inc. (“Future US”), 4000 Shoreline Court, South San Francisco, CA 94080). Future US, Inc. cannot be responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, nor shall it be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a winner.

13. Wendy’s International, Inc. and its franchisees are not a sponsor of this sweepstakes.
