Official Rules

1. No purchase is necessary to win and as an entrant you have not yet won. Entries into the Devil May Cry® 4 Uncover the Orb Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. PT on February 29, 2008 (the “Deadline”). The winners will be chosen on or about, March 7, 2008, and will be notified by e-mail (or regular mail). The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

2. To enter, print your name, address, day-time telephone number, e-mail address (if you have one) and “Devil May Cry 4 Uncover the Orb Sweepstakes” on a 3 x 5 card and mail it to: Devil May Cry 4 Uncover the Orb Sweepstakes C/O Games Radar Promotions, 4000 Shoreline Court, South San Francisco, Ste. 400, CA 94080. Only one entry per person/per address will be accepted.

3. One (1) Grand Prize Package will be awarded. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a custom painted Peavey guitar and guitar case with the Devil May Cry 4 artwork, one (1) copy of the Devil May Cry® 4 video game, plus one (1) pair of Oakley sunglasses (total ARV: $1850). Two (2) First Prize Winners will each receive a copy of Devil May Cry 4 video game, a Devil May Cry 4 t-shirt, plus one (1) pair of Oakley sunglasses. (total ARV for each First Prize winner: $174.99). Eight (8) Runner Up winners will each receive a copy of Devil May Cry 4 video game plus a Devil May Cry 4 t-shirt. (total ARV for each Runner Up Winner: $74.99). The prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions will be allowed. Total ARV: $2799.90.

4. Winners will be determined by a single random drawing of all valid entries received by the Deadline and the decision of Future US shall be final. You may obtain the name of the winner by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the address above. Future US reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this drawing should viruses, bugs, Internet failure or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the drawing.

5. All entrants who complete the registration form will be considered as participants.

6. Entrants must be at least 17 years of age. If a winner is a minor, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian, who is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, and that winner must also provide a signed parental or guardian consent form, provided by the sponsor, within 7 days of notification attempt. Failure of the minor to return the guardian consent form will result in the forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner, who will be chosen through a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

8. The winners may be required to sign and return a completed W-9 and an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance within seven (7) days of receipt; failure to do so upon request will result in forfeiture of the prize. By acceptance of the prize, the winners agree to the use of their name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners are responsible for paying any income taxes on the value of the prize received. 1099 tax statements will be filed with the IRS for the winner of any prize that has a value of or exceeding $600. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winner may make no substitutions, cash redemptions or transfer of prize. Future US reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All prize details are at the sole discretion of Future US. Future US is not required to choose a winner.

9. By entering the Sweepstakes, you (and, if you are a minor, your parents or legal guardians) release Future US, Capcom Entertainment, Inc., and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

10. This Sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States only. Void outside of the U.S., in Vermont, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

11. Employees, officers, and directors of Future US, Inc., the publisher of their subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and their immediate families and those living in their households, are not eligible.

12. The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Future US, Inc. (“Future US”), 4000 Shoreline Court, South San Francisco, CA 94080). Future US, Inc. cannot be responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, nor shall it be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a winner.
